Awaiting my hesitant hand on the other line was a hero eager to help in anyway possible.<br> <br> Motjile Matebane, or otherwise known as Mo had convinced me that they (Insurance Companies) really are not all the same. I was spoken to as a real person looking for assistance and guidance not as just another client they could squeeze money out of.<br> <br> He had discussed a fully comprehensive policy without leaving any details out. Read the terms and conditions as well as explained them thoroughly in plain simple English in terms that I could better understand without having a lawyer present. Even repeatedly repeating statements due to my ****py cell line without hesitation.
