Insurance for my old cars not good enough for OUTSURANCE

I received a call from someone who said he was Kagiso and he was calling from OUTSURANCE and he wanted to assist me. I accepted the call as I was looking for alternative insurance cover. I told him I was looking for insurance for my vehicles, one was a 2008 Golf and the other a 2013 Nissan Micra. He said 'okay' and suddenly the call was cut. I expected a call back, but 24 hours later I am still waiting for Kagiso to continue with our call. It appears to me that unfortunately the most energetic Kagiso saw little merit in pursuing the call when the end result would obviously not add to his savings towards the purchase of his goal of a Ferrari!! The call came in at 15:15 yesterday and I would expect that your company can check up on this sales person named Kagiso and ask why he did not complete the call.
