Insurance claim and refund of excess

Randall phone me yesterday regarding the offer that was received regarding my insurance excess. He was helpfull and did explain everything in detail. He phoned me again this morning and within an hour I received the confirmation email regarding the payment.<br> <br> Excelent service.
