Insurance Claim

I left my phone in the bathroom at Virgin Active on Sunday and to my dispair no one handed it in. I called outsurance yesterday and Dylan assist me. with 2 claims effectively and quickly. Long story short i received my new phone today & they collected my broken one today as well. Within 24 hours Outsurance staff member dylan ensured my claim was logged correctly and that everyone that needed to be contacted was done. Thank you Outsurance
