Insurance Cancelled

Policy cancelled even though last report was incident only, and operator insisted that it had to be put through as a claim, which I have since been informed of as utter nonsense. Status report shows claim pending I.e not processed yet insurance claims multiple claims (more than three a year). Poor feedback, poor advise and poor service with each call being transferred backwards and forwards with no clear direction and absolutely no understanding of escalation procedure. Furious!
