Insurance call that felt like I'm catching up with my bff

I used the promo code to get in contact with them. within 5 minutes, I received the call. Although they weren't able to beat my current premium, Carla was so nice on the phone. Made me understand some of the insurance jargon (because there's a lot) and I've just received the claim form for my R400. :-)
