Insurance *******

Last year after paying my car insurance for do long, I was smashed front right by a foreign national who claimed to only be driving and not the owner. Also no job and a pensioner. OUTsurance sent my vehicle to a local panel beaters and after many battles about using ned replacement parts , OUTsurance claimed that even though I paid as a premium customer all thd years , I was only entitled to used aftermarket parts. 6 months later, my headlights donot wotk, my fender and bonnet ard showing signs of being parts that were touched up. My coolant bottle burst because the car was handed back probably without filling. Which I checked , was filled with water. My furl gauge does not work, probably swapped out. My car was 10yrs old but in pristine condition with oem factory parts. Now its just a ruin. Panel beaters charged R70k for a R5k job. I paid R5k for excess and R3k for courtesy car. Go figure. So why the hell do I pay insurance, .
