So disappointed!! My yearly increase is from R872 to R1118. And this is only for our vehicle and and content. Our content premium increased from R270 to R450!! Its madness and I will for certain warn the people i know about outsurance!!

Carla our client services manager contacted you to address your concerns and to discuss your policy in detail.
Premiums are guaranteed for 12 months, thereafter on the anniversary of the policy there will be an annual increase (rerate). There are several factors that will influence a premium increase such as claims, non-payments, inflationary adjustments etc.
