instalments increased without any notification

What a joke Three months ago outsurance tried to ***** my Micra that was in a bumper bash, and now without any notification a increase in instalments. A vehicles value drop weekly and the so how the hell can a person just pay more and more for insurance, there are other insurance companies that advise one regarding this and they advertise that a person pay less as the value drop, I really thought that somebody from outsurance would contact me, my previous insurances did, and we negotiated the new premiums. The lady from client service that I spoke to told me that outsurance send out letters two months ago WE ALL NOW THAT THE POST OFFICE IS STILL HANDLING BACKLOGS DUE TO PREVIOUS STRIKES !!! why was I not informed via e-mail ?????? outsurance have 2 off my e-mail addresses I would like a answer please !!!!!!
