Inspections report not received

I have sent 2 emails regarding the same problem now. <br> <br> I keep getting sms's asking for an inspection report. My car was inspected at PG Glass in Worcester on 29 December 2014 (in the morning to be exact). As per YOUR website, this is an APPROVED INSPECTIONS CENTRE. As per normal, THE INSPECTOR FAXES THE INSPECTIONS REPORT THROUGH TO THE INSURER. If this didn't happen, TAKE IT UP WITH THEM or I'll be forced to look at another insurer. <br> <br> This is my 2nd month of insurance and this is TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL and A COMPLETE INCONVENIENCE to me. Should anything happen to this car, YOU WILL COME UP WITH A BUNCH OF EXCUSES AND UTTER NONSENSE TO PREVENT ME FROM CLAIMING. <br> <br> <br> I signed up with you guys thinking I won't have problems, don't make me regret that decision. <br> <br> <br>
