inexplicable premium adjustment even though fitted a better tracking unit
I have been with outsurance for +-10 years, I recently changed a tracking unit to a more advanced one offered by cartrack, to my surprise my monthly premium went up , even though my newly installed unit is way better than the previous one. As if that was not enough my monthly premium is set to go up. I am beyond disappointed by outsurance , there's absolutely no value in my loyalty with you, I will search for another company even if I pay a higher premium.
