Inefficient Legal Service Claim

<p>On the 19/05/2017 i submitted the requested documents for a 3rd party claim, on the 22/05/2017 i received a sms saying Hendrick Lukhele will be attending to my claim. Hendrick has not even called me at all, when i try to call him, he's always busy on another call. I've left messages for him, but does not even bother to respond to my calls. I've even sent him an email, still nothing. </p>
