Incured bank charged for a cancelled policy

I cancelled my policy on the 6th January before it was effective, and 3 times after that,they never cancelled my policy and kept on debiting my absa account .They debited 3 times without getting any funds because I no longer use absa and now I owe Absa R500 because of the unpaid payments from outsurance,I need this mess to be rectified at ABSA ASAP please.
