Incredible Service from Outsurance

We were about to move into a rental home and had moved approximately 80% of our household contents into this home when disaster struck. Our rental home went up in flames on the 4th of March during the runaway fires in Noordhoek. Our entire journey from start to finish with Outsurance was a pleasure. The compassion and empathy from all the staff we dealt with showed Outsurance cares. The professional conduct and advice as to the procedure to follow when filling a fire claim was out of the top drawer too. Please believe me, it is a daunting task trying to reconcile your losses after an incident like we experienced.
