Incredible service

<p>Good day</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>I joined Outsurance three months ago and about three weeks back my car was in an accident. I was not even sure if my claim would be approved as I was a fairly new customer. When I phoned in I was received by Koketso Monyela. Talk about compassion Koketso treated me with so much respect, empathy and understanding.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Koketso was there for me right from the minute I first spoke to her to the day she broke the news of the write off of my car. I still don&rsquo;t believe her reaction to how sad I was about the write off, she literally understood every bit of emotions in me about the news, I remember she listened to me cry over the news and not once did she indicate impatience or any negativity. I&rsquo;m still a bit embarrassed over that but she made it easier on me.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>She had arranged a curtesy car for me immediately when the claim was approved, of which I was supposed to keep only until my car was fixed or the write off payment was made out to me. I decided to keep and fix the car instead. At this point the curtesy car was supposed to be returned immediately when the pay-out was made. However, Koketso arranged for extension on this vehicle as she understood I would not have a car until my one was fixed. This honestly was unexpected service from her, that I was so grateful for I didn&rsquo;t even know what to say. How fantastic.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>As I write this email my car is still not completed and is still with the panel beaters, but I will not wait any longer to send this compliment. It is long overdue.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The relationship I developed with Koketso during this claim has taught me a whole new meaning of what good customer service really is. I knew that Outsuarance was a good insurance company but I must say I have a whole lot more confidence now more than ever that you have and offer nothing short of the best.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>During this claim process I also got to deal with a gentleman by the name of Riaan Cronje who was supposed to handle the write off process. How professional he is too. He was very welcoming to me, all the way. Even when I decided to keep the car he still offered me so much assistance on the process going forward from that point onwards.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The synergy that exists among the Outsurance team is incredible, I really could not thank you enough. It is experiences like those received from Koketso and Riaan that make bad situations turn out to be the best experiences.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Thank you so much Koketso, you are one of the best assets Outsurance could ever have. May God continue to shine the light ahead of you, and may He continue to use you in a way that He does. You have no idea how many lives you continue to change every day.
