Incredible call centre service

I realised at 5.30pm on Friday afternoon that I needed insurance for a new car that I was collecting on Saturday. I was lucky to get through promptly, to Natasha Nel. She must be the best agent at Outsurance! Friendly, humourous, upbeat, super efficient, and very knowledgeable, what could have been an absolute pain was just a pleasure. Thanks for the good service!
