Increasing my premium without my consent

<p>Today is the 2 of August 2016, my outsurance premium goes of on the 2 of each month, my premium is R585 and now suddenly as from today my premium has gone up to R725. They did not even give me a call or notice or email or anything. I tried giving them a call but their offices is closed due to the public holiday ( election day). I am very concerned and higly dissapointed in their service</p>
