Increased premiums in just 3 months.
The worst company to be insured by.
The worst Custer service I ever received.
Outsurnace send an sms to customers 4 months before they increase your premium. I called into them in February to cancel my car insurance because I got a better quote and premium I could afford with 1st for woman, they decrease my premium just above what I was paying and I agree to stay with them, I'm April they decide to up my premium and deduct an amount we had not agreed on. I have been trying for over 2 weeks for some to fix this, I called in again today I was sent though to the review department they said they call me back and here we are, no call back
