increased premiums and access fee
I have my renault clio 2019 insured by outsurance. I started with a premium of R1080 and a access of R4000. Now they are doing a yearly review then increased my premium to R1276 and access to R9000. I have not claimed even once, I park my car in a locked garage at home. I travel about 2 km from home to work. I still want cover but I'm not able to afford that high premium, and this means now that I cannot claim any damages less than R9000 because of my high access

She has offered the option of reducing your excess, however this will increase your premium, which you informed her is not an option.
