Increase Premium without any notice

I just received a sms stating that Outsurance debited my account which is not unusual but the difference in premium is with an extra R400.00<br> <br> None of Outsurance's staff contacted me wrt to a premium increase and no one ever stated that my premium would increase by 24%<br> <br> I am contacting other car insurance providers and cancelling with you Outsurance <br> <br> You run adds claiming we can save you money in 40 different ways in my case I take it you can increase and cost me more by 24 different ways.<br> <br> I fail to understand that a white person in the same area that I'm living in and both of us have degrees yet I pay more than the white person. I take it non whites are higher risk clients even if we are educated and live in the same suburbs <br> <br> Explain to me why non of Outsurance's staff failed to explain that there will be a significant increase as from October 2015.
