increase of 20% & the agent on the phone laughs

Like every year i get my notice where my premiums goes up.<br> Understandable.<br> Only this time it went up from 2244 to 2676 - +-20%.<br> I am unhappy and start looking at what happened. I phone them to find out how to cxl it all and how long it takes.<br> I then phone my husband and he decides to phone to find out how you would justify doing that.<br> Late last year i changed my bank accounts and my bank never changed my debit orders as promised, so i had to transfer money from the one account to other for my debit orders to go off.<br> With that the money was not in the account in time for the debit order to go off on time. <br> Now the call center agent laughs at my husband saying we missed a payment and that is why the increase is not just as per the norm 7%. Funny thing is that in April my fee went less cause they messed up on our policy. So why are we being penalized and the agent thinks its funny for the policy to go up with R 432 a month!! She also mentions that everything is higher now, great, thank you, so you tel me the 2 cars on there has higher retail value now?!?My husband & I have been with Outsurance since we could insure ourselves &never has this happened.<br> Sad, will have to move away!!
