Increase

Last month I phoned to review my policy. I was informed that it will go down from R671 to R577. This month I received an email that my policy will be going up to R618. I phoned in to asked why and was informed that the person who assist me the first time didn't informed me that my policy will go up in August and that the so called discount was already given to me.. so basically I received a discount for two months and now it will go up again.. <br> When I spoke to Liz about that she told me she can bring the amount down from R618 to R 613. WOW..a whole R5 off. This is ridiculous. I have never claimed for insurance. My car get older every year but yet my insurance goes up every year.
