Incorrectly listed

I have contacted Outstaurance to correct an error which they have on their system, I i Have 2 vehicles one which is mine and 1 which is my husbands, i drive the Renault and Husband drives the Polo he pays the installement every month but if i check my credit scoring with experian i am listed as the one that pays this installment. This is not to be listed on my name as it does not come from me at all. The bank details which is debited is Mr D Samuels which is my husband. I have called outsurance on 3 occasions to correct this and still up to date this has not been done. I am unable to get a loan because of this error on outsurance side. This is to be corrected with immediate effect.
