INCORRECT TOWING VEHICLE AUTHORISED FOR MY CAR!!!
<p>When I was invloved in an accident and called in for a towing company, the person who authorized the towing company authorized the incorrect vehicle to come tow my car </p> <p> </p> <p>Instead of authorizing a flatbed\roll back truck they broughT in a break down van. When my car was being towed it was recklessly pulled from the accident scenen which then resulted in my petrol tank being damaged.</p> <p> </p> <p>VERY VERY VERY BAD SERVICE!!!!</p>

Our claims manager, Ryan consulted with our assessor and we also obtained feedback from the towing company.
They confirmed your vehicle went through the boundary wall and then into the house. They used their rollback to pull the vehicle out of the house and back through the boundary wall.
Ryan forwarded you the assessor's report as well as the relevant pictures taken at the scene of the accident. The latter explained why the towing company cannot be held responsible for the damage to the undercarriage.
