Incorrect Premiums
incorrect amount debited from my account as per what the consultant indicated and the premium is also incorrect. 1. Prorated was supposed to be +-R1400 and I got debited R1739.01 prorated, amount left in my account is R1500 for my premium so am on overdraft that will charge me fee or the debit will be retained 2. The amount he said I will pay is R1560 odd rands and when I check my schedule it is about R1590.
Please rectify urgently, for a first impression - leaves much to be desired.

Thank you for bringing the matter to our attention.
Our sales manager investigated the detail, and after not being unsuccessful in reaching you, he contacted your wife.
The initial admin fee was since refunded and Lucas did confirm the premium displaying on the schedule is correct.
