Incorrect Listing
I just had a new listing from SIAS Administration (Outsurance) added to my report. I don't owe Outsurance any money, never have. This has negatively affected my credit report. I would like to know why this was added and have it taken off my credit record.
Do note as per my credit report it has been listed twice , no amounts or any balances reflecting, it only reflects as R0
Please get this off my name.... @Outsurance , this has a bad impact on my name and it has been listed before .

We have listened to the call you had with us when the cover was sold and we did inform you that we required your consent to share information relating to insurance and financial history with the Credit Bureaus and a few other parties. You did confirm that we could go ahead.
We are unable to remove this display from your credit record as we are obliged to provide financial information to the Credit Bureaus. We are sorry that we are unable to assist with your request.
As far as the Life policy is concerned, we are waiting for further feedback from Experian.
Please afford us a bit more time, we will revert as soon as possible.

12 Feb 2021, 18:21Pathetic, i am no longer a client with Outsurance, i have NO but NO intention to ever Join this pathetic company ever again.... you have raised my name on ITS 2 times already....Worst of all is i DONT owe YOU a single cent, so now i have no policies with your company so whom gives u the right to still share my information..... Seems like only way to get this removed is by going legal.... I will NOT ever in my Life suggest Outsurance to anybody... All these adds on TV but as soon as you join them they are the worst....you have no right to still have my name listed and share my details...My Policies have been cancelled in 2020 already so whom the F@#$% gives you the rate to do as you please..... I want this Cleared !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
