Incorrect info captured

Im extremely angry and dissapointed with the service i got from Out, i did a quotation today with Mikyla and later accepted the quote. she quoted me a premium of around R1000 rand i complained that it was too much she then made me hold and speak to somelady who said she's the manager and told me they will discount my premium and give me R694.85 with a R4000 excess and credit shortfall. now when i call to request confirmation of cover i spoke to Lucia who asked me a few questions only to tell me my license was captured incorect as 1999, where as i said twice on the call that i got my licence on the 13/09/2013. so i had to cancel this policy because of this bad experience and am very dissapointed that your so called advisors will capture wrong details just to get a sale in the detriment of the client. if things start like this imagine if you have to claim? And the retention manager was not even willing to assist. I want this recording of the quote and acceptance to be listen to and tell me does how u do business. You left a bitter taste in my mouth.
