Incorrect Info

i was contacted by Simo Zondo for a quote, i advised him that i already did a quote with Outsurance a few months ago and they could not beat my current insurance so they paid me R400. Simo insisted that he wants to quote me and will pay me R1500 if he cant beat me. I told him that the last time i i did this they told me i can only qualify for the promotion every six months, but still Simo insisted that this is a new promotion and i will surly get the R1500 if he cannot beat me. He spent 1.5 hours of my time doing the quote and trying to convinc me to take up the cover, his quote was almost R3000, im currently paying R1500, he said he was having system issues trying to send the link via SMS for the promotion however he will send it via e-mail then we can complete the required and surly get the R1500. Please loook into ythis matter and pay my R1500 as i advised Simo before we started the quote but he insisted and wasted 1.5 hours of my time.
