Incorrect Debit amount

My debit order bounced and I called to correct that. The lady who took my call was very helpful. I mentioned to her that my debit is R690 but my policy document says R509, which she confirmed that it's supposed to be R509. I have been debited for a very long time R690 whereas my premium is R509? She was supposed to put me through a department to assist but she dropped the call. I am shocked and Very Concerned!!!!!!! What has been happening to R186 extra I have been paying extra?????
