Inconvenience caused by panel beater
***. OUTsurance and appointed panel beater refuses to extend my car hire, even though the panel instructed me to drop off my vehicle and pick it up days later due to parts being unavailable. As a result, my rental agreement ends on the 24th but my vehicle repairs is still not complete. I am unemployed and do not have extra cash to Uber back and forth until my vehicle is ready for collection. I have a daughter who attends school and madressa.
