Inconsiderate of Safety by Outsurance

I had an incident of a breakdown on the 19/04/2018 and need my vehicle to be towed. I contacted my insurance company(OUTSURANCE) and explained them my situation whilst I am on the side of the road, Outsurance then arranged for a tow company to tow the vehicle to Commercial panelbeaters in Pietermaritzburg to assess the vehicle should there be a need to carry out any repairs. The result came back as the vehicle had a mechanical failure and repair will be at my cost so I agreed for the vehicle to be towed back to my place. Upon receiving the vehicle I found my spare wheel to be missing from the vehicle as well as my wheel spanner. I have notified Outsurance immediately as soon as i received my vehicle.I dealt with a guy by the name of Lebohang, he then transferred me to a Trivashen Perumaul and up till today(11/6/2018) and I am still driving without a spare wheel and wheel spanner, Outsurance asked me for quotes on the items, I have furnished them with it, It is obviously a safety item which i require urgently, should I have a puncture in the middle of the night, what do i do?? Its almost two months now! Hows that for service?!
