*********** staff!!!
The service is pathetically poor from Simphiwe Gama, the consultant handling my claim. The accident happend the 31st of October 2018 and up until today he has excuses as to why the issue has not been discussed with his "supervisor and/or manager". I have contacted them numerous times just to receive the same bull**** story and I have to sit with a damaged vehicle until he decides to resolve it!!!!!
