After years of being insured I asked for review on my policy as well as to add more policies on my name, with disappointment they have not been able to assist in giving me the lowest premiums - they have however dragged out the process of cancelling my policies and to date have not sent me cancellation confirmation on one of my 2 policies.
The staff at retention dpt. have continuously bad mouthed the competing insurance company which I have opted to go for rather than trying to assist me - poor service after years of being a client.
