*********** panel of service providers and assessors

I had contents insurance with OUTsurance, the *********** company on there so called professional panel were the most *********** company I have ever seen, both time they came with vehicles that did not fully close, took my 65" TV and messed it up, I had an assessor who is just as *********** and unprofessional - I hate it when people who don't know what they doing is put in positions to ruin everything... My TV came back with its screen broken and a ****ty response, they said it was not in use, I sent date stamped pictures of it being in use, they then proceeded to say it's impact and poor workmenship, of course they cracked my screen, i Aggree they have poor workmenship, I've got proof it was not cracked then tried to blame it on me?????? I've got a video of how it was even dropped off, I will be making a formal complaint to the oumbud... This is disgusting, how can these idiots be on the panel and on top of it, cancel my claim even after I raised objections to the allegations and submitted proof to Mr Herman??? Who I might add Sat in my house and said he is just here like a big man to find out what really happened... Looks like they are all together in this ****, and the one protects the others incompetence, says they have no reason 5o lie??? How would he know, they have all the motive, since the ruined my property.. I want the name so I can lay a charge of property damage as well!!
