Outsurance, your inability to understand the issue at hand after I'd explained it 3 times to 3 different people is unacceptable. The first vendor came (Alex Home Creators) out to replace the element in a geyser. They left damage to the bathroom ceiling which is below the geyser. The shower water since then has not been more than luke warm. That was over 3 weeks ago. <br> <br> I complained to Outsurance and Alex Home Creators came out to sort the above issues out.<br> They left without sorting anything out and no feedback or communication since.<br> <br> I complained again to Outsurance and for the last day they have not understood the issue and keep telling me it is a separate incident that I'm reporting, whereas it's a problem caused by alex Home Creators that was never resolved.<br> <br> YOU ARE *********** DEBBIE AND MANAGER. YOU SHOULD GO FOR TRAINING ON HOW TO READ THE NOTES ON YOUR SYSTEM AND ACTUALLY ATTEMPT TO NOT FRUSTRATE YOUR CLIENTS.<br> <br> SORT THIS OUT IMMEDIATELY.<br> <br> Disgusting.
