How long do I have to wait for my claim to be finalised? First my tools get ****** from my van when it goes in for assessment at your assessors? Is this what I pay for? For my equipment to get ******? and now you refuse to pay for my ****** tools. Second: you charged me incorrectly for 2 of the same vehicles where I only insured 1 of this specific make, how do make a mistake like that? And you are now refusing to payout the initial amount communicated by your staff. Then to make things worse, you give me feedback saying my claim is finalised and I will be paid out x amount. Now a few days later you are changing your story and saying you gave me the incorrect feedback and the amount is far less than you initially gave. How *********** are you staff? Is this what I am paying for? For incompetence. I insured my canopy and now that I am claiming you are saying I should have updated the price yearly? What nonsense? I am paying you to ensure me correctly not for me to do your admin work for you.
