Impressed

This morning I submitted my information online for a car insurance quote. Within minutes I received a call from an Outsurance consultant (Faraaz) who offered me great service however was not able to better my current premium. I requested to know about the 'R400 cash back promo if we can't save you money' promo and was given the number for sales. I called the number and spoke to an equally helpful lady named Natasha who advised me of the procedure to claim. Followed this and not long after I received a call from yet another great Outsurance employee (Geena) who advised me that R400 will be paid into my account within 5 days. Also received an sms to confirm this. Thus far, I remain highly impressed with the efficiency and professionalism that the Outsurance team have displayed and would like to take this opportunity to thank them for the splendid service which I have received <br> <br> Regards<br> H.Ismail
