Impossible to get Refund after cancelling error policy

After been "conned" into signing for a policy , after saying numerous time I want a QUOTE only ( yes but we need all your details) I have now battled for three months to get the error policy cancelled and the payments taken off my account refunded. On the phone everyone is courteous and polite but nothing gets done. PLEASE OUTsurance FIX my issue. Mark / *** / Mike Hopkins Motor Cycles
