Asked for my insurance to be reassessed. Had very little wait to get through to anyone quickly tranferred to a specialised consultant for my enquiry. The line was bad but she phoned me back. Howmany companies do that? So impressed.! she was efficient, when she didnt know an answer she quickly got the info for me. And so lovely and friendly on the phone. Well done
