Impeccable - Flawless

We have pet insurance with OUTsurance for our 2 year old Belgian Malenois who managed to swallow a long thick sewing needle on Saturday. We were informed that the procedure will require certain specialised equipment and/or a delicate operation. In our case it was both the procedure and the operation with an estimate cost of R50 000 of which 50% had to be paid immediately. I notified Outsurance using the App on my cellphone and immediately got a response that I will be contacted. Before having my morning coffee on Monday I was contacted by a super friendly compassionate and efficient Clariste Govender who assisted greatly in compiling all the information required for the claim. Before having my morning coffee on Tuesday I got another phone call from an amazing and efficient person from Outsurance namely Henriette Slabbert. She supp**** me with information about the claim and left no uncer*****y of how and when or what the next steps would be and she was 100% accurate with everything she said. More importantly she provided me with invaluable information about the medical side of the claim. She explained what happened to my dog, what could have happened if we did not react. and what I can expect when my dog comes back home from hospital. She provided me with information that surely will be useful to me for the rest of my life. Before having my morning coffee on Wednesday our deposit was paid back into my account. The Vetenerian was paid simultaneously. I am so pleased that I decided to go with OUTsurance when I had to choose an insurer for my beloved dog, Colby!
