I’m not happy on how I was assisted by a lady Nosipho Maphanga (legal department of outsurance). I couldn’t get my car fixed, I was told to get footage of the accident scene myself by the lady since I am a 3rd party claiming.The lady told me they’re client had told them that I was wrong but when I tried to show them proof from JMPD’s (accident report) I was told it wasn’t sufficient evidence yet they believed they’re clients word over a legal document. I am very disappointed.they show that they’re not to trusted.
