I’m currently in the process of selling two vehicles and purchasing a new one, and during this transition I contacted OUTsurance to obtain a quote for the new vehicle and remove the two existing ones. When I raised concerns about the premium being too high, the matter was escalated to a manager who provided a revised and significantly lower quote, which I accepted. Shortly thereafter, the sale of one vehicle fell through and I was unable to take possession of the new vehicle as planned. I contacted OUTsurance again to retain one of the existing vehicles and postpone onboarding the new one. Even I struggled to keep track of the moving parts, but the consultant clearly understood the situation, guided me through each step, and ensured everything was handled correctly. Throughout the entire process, the service was excellent, communication was clear and reassuring, and the final premium was truly unbeatable. A seamless experience during what could easily have been a very frustrating one.
