I'm currently a pensioner, and my Outsurance Policy premium has become al little tough on my budget. I called Outsurance and explain my financial status to them.They immediately offered to call me back to safe on my airtime. The person that assist me was very friendly,patient, and helpful we worked through my content of the policy to see where they can assist me to reduce my premium.We also update my policy at the same time. I was so happy and grateful they help me by saving R349.59 on my premium.I could not thank the person enough. I am for many years with Outsurance and will not leave them, they gave my the best services over the years never had any problems. I will stick with them no matter what.
