I’m buying a new car and I contacted Outsurance for a new quote. K****TSO SETHOGA called me back within 5 minutes of my online query and I loved her friendly, upbeat professionalism. Not only did she assist with the car insurance quote, she also helped me with my house insurance. I’ve been a client at Outsurance for 8 years now and always find their call centre staff to be friendly and helpful.
