Illtreatment by Outsurence

My car was bumped in the parking by a pensioner's car and the front bumper including the fog lights got damaged. While the car was at the panelbeater Outsurence attempted to recover the full cost for the repairs and failed to get a cent due to being a pensioner. Subsequent to that Outsurence instructed the panelbeater not to replace the bumper but just do minor repairs of which that left the car still dented with a crack from the accident(as was updated by the panelbeater when called me on site for briefing). I called Outsurence on the day for car collection complaining about the condition of the car, they insisted I take the car while they are addressing the complaint. Few days later I was told the car had been repaired the bumper prior my ownership, hence they cannot do better than they have yet they were supposed to replace the bumper. Of which when I took the insurence for the car, the car was inspected and approved and I had also declared it as not brand new although I never knew about previous bumper repairs of which they should have denied me access to insurence upon the inspection. Currently I am having a dented bumper with a crack yet I had been paying insurence for more that 10 years claim free, including house content until this claim. The fact that they cannot get the pensioner to pay shouldn't affect me as I do have insurence. Please assist, I am now tempted to take this to social media, I might not be the first one being a victim yet daily they are flighting their advert recruiting more clients for such pathetic service lying ahead.
