******* debiting of account

On the 1st of October 2015 I officially became a client of outsurance, when I was being quoted for the insuarence I was told my total premiums would be R1089.70, which I was fine with. <br> <br> while being quoted I specifically told the consultant CHANELLE ROOS that I use the vehicle for business use. when I received my provisional quote I noticed it that the cover is for private use. I called outsourance more than 3 times to correct this and was told each time that my business use wouldn't make a difference to my cover . The last guy I spoke to told me that it was on record that my premiums would not change even if its for business use.<br> <br> On Monday, 5 October 2015 I called again to correct the business use, which made my premiums increased to + /-R1500 I complained about this as this is not what I signed up for and Simon promised to resolve this but an additional amount which I did not authorise was debited from my account on 6/10/2015 despite not changing the cover to business use, which is ******* since I did not give permission for the debit.<br> <br> Please explain why you are debiting my account without my permission and why im paying for the mistake made by your consultant?
