******* CREDIT BUREAU LISTING

Hello Peter,

I need assistance to advise me on how to deal with my case, I bumped another car in August 2019 at Nelson Mandela Bridge, Jhb. At the scene of the accident I advise the drive of that car to take the car to a private panel beater as there was no much damage to the car only scratches and broken clamps that hold the rear bump, we agreed that I will pay for damages. Probably a week later as we were communicating the guy informed me that they (Him and Girlfriend whom happened to be the owner of the vehicle) have took the car to their insurance and I will only be liable to pay access which they claim was around R1500, still I agreed and I was waiting for communication from their insurance to settle the access. Probably after a couple of weeks later I received a call from outsurance, the consultant on the line said she called me for us to arrange payment structure for damages coursed which she said amounted to around R22 000, to my surprise I explained to her that we agreed for access settlement and nothing more, she gave me her version that I must pay for damages, and thereafter I agreed to pay for damages which she even suggested that even if I commit to R200 per month is fine, but therefore I request her to provide me with the quotation on how they came up to the figure (R22 000) because really I don't think there is any normal thinking person who will agree to sign a payment agreement on spot without any supporting documentation. In response, which shocked me to the core, she said "they (outsurance) will have to take the car for re-accessing the damage and in most cases it comes at a high value than the initial, so she advise me that I must agree to sign the payment agreement for R22 000 which at that time she couldn't even support it. That really annoyed me because I realize that the consultant on the line didn't have a clue of what she was negotiating for nor accounting 101 to a point that I asked her if they (outsurunce) thumb suck the figure? ... but non the less I therefore again said madam its ok I will pay for as long as you can finish me with a quotation. We deadlocked in that telecom and the final word was that the car will be send for re-evaluations, which didn't make sense. After a couple of weeks again I received a call from another person claiming to be the attorney representing ousurance and she also want us to arrange payments for settling damages, I again explain to her the same dynamics of the case and ask her what it is that I must agree to without supporting documents.. still she couldn't offer anything to solve the situation. I ask her the same request and logic about this but she also maintain that I must pay... REALLY!! I ask her to be orderly and we couldn't conclude on anything. NOW MY BIGGEST QUESTION IS WHAT INFORMED THEM OR WHAT WERE GROUND FOR THEM (outsurance) TO HAND THIS MATTER TO THE HANDS OF A THIRD PARTY (attorneys) WHOM CLAIM TO REPRESENTS THEM, YET I WAS STILL WAITING FOR CONFIRMATION OF DAMAGES (QOUTATION) FROM THEM.. 2. TODAY I LEARNED THAT IM NOW LISTED AT CREDIT BUREU FOR R30 000 BY THESE SO CALLED attorneys, 3. THEY ARE NOW APPLYING TO THE COURTS TO ATTACHED MY ASSETS. I'VE NEVER SEEN SUCH IRRESPONSIBLE AND RECKLESS CONDUCT BY outsurance CAUSING SO MUCH DAMAGE TO MY CREDIT RECORD AND MAKE ME SUFFER FINANCIAL LOSE.. HELLOPETER I NEED AN ORGANISATION THAT CAN ASSIST ME TO TAKE THEM TO TUSK. THIS IS ***** AT ITS HIGHEST LEVEL..
