******* attachment of pension payout by Outsurance

To say that Outsurance has been trying to reach me but to no avail seems rather an exaggeration - yes I missed her one call and now am responding to the one email that I had somehow missed - I could not phone her as I do not have cell phone airtime and can only respond via the Internet since the boarding establishment has such. The issue is that we agreed that Outsurance would not deduct the monies if I was still unemployed by January / February 2018 as I would not be able to. The fact that I was (and still am) unemployed was conveyed in one of our prior emails - however, Outsurance still deducts and as I am now also without a vehicle since my car was written off in the same accident, I have to catch lifts to get it reversed at the bank. With regard to employment, I am continuously applying and rejected - some saying because I have turned 60. Roughly 200 applications were made since August 2017 and of the +/- 12 responses, nothing has materialized, and the chances of any future positions seem to be nil. Since I have no income except from a small military pension which cannot be attached , these deductions are drawing from such. This pension does not even cover the basic requirements with regard to food and medicine - never mind even the one-bedroomed accommodation which thankfully my children can hardly afford. I have no assets that can be sold as Outsurance discovered when trying to previously attach my belongings (as we had to sell everything due to financial constraints). Please resolve - thank you
