Ignoring client request
<p>I am living in Europe now. I bought a car and in order to get the correct insurance here for the right amount i need to give proof of my insurance history with outsurance. i requested it by e-mail and they gave me a ref nr ********** 3 on the 31/05/2017 saying it will be attended to. on the 20/06/2017 is again wrote an e-male asking why it takes so long and only received another ref nr ********** 9 which said the same. Today 28/06/2017 i again aked the same and received yet another ref nr ********** 6 with the same answer. My question is, how long does it take to answer a simple e-mail and trying to help someone. does Outsurance want to look bad in another country. or do they want to try and help someone in getting the correct help this side. </p>

29 Jun 2017, 14:02Hi Kelvin. Thank you for trying to help me. The insurance was on my ex-husbands name at the time that the car was insured with outsurance. I think the policy nr is. OT ********** 9.
The policy holder was Mr Steve Bester, ID nr 571 ********** 081. I changed my surname back to my ****en name. from Bester to Hoffmann after the divorce. My ID nr ********** 118080. The car in question was a red Honda Jazz 1.4i DSI (2005). At the time the car was on my ex's name, but I was the driver. I only need the history in order to give it to my new insurer here in Belgium. I will forward the mail that i initially send to the mail address you provided in your reply to me. Thank you and I appreciate the help. Kind regards. Linda Hoffmann
