ignorance and unprofessional service

<p>I was in a vehicle acident October 2013 wereby I was Insured by Outsurance. They tried to claim back the money from the lady who drove into me damaging my car. We worked with a lawyer Jaco van Niekerk (van Breda and Herbst Inc)who promised to pay us out the travelling money witness fees etc. For the first court appearance he Jaco van Niekerk (van Breda and Herbst) paid out the cost the next day. Now we struggle to get the promised fees from them. The lawyer Jaco van Niekerk just doesnt awnser any of my messages. I think that Outsurance should take their business somewhere els because of this unprofessional person/ people!</p>
